Master Cleanse Detox Diet - Day -1
Today is the day before I start the Master Cleanse detox diet. For those of you who don’t know what that is, it’s a restrictive 10-40 day diet where you can’t consume anything except a drink made of fresh lemon juice, cayenne pepper, pure maple syrup and water. Oh, and you have to drink a special laxative tea at night and a salt water flush in the morning.
